Automatic Test System for Personal RF Safety Monitor

This ATE system calibrates and tests a personal RF safety monitor. A simple pass/fail indicator is implemented allowing the use of semi-skilled labor while a comprehensive data sheet provides detailed performance information on each unit processed. 4-Way, High Power Microwave Switch / Combiner

Automatic test and data analysis system for 4 way, microwave switch/combiner. Utilization of this system has reduced test time from 39 minutes to 7 minutes (including operator touch time) resulting in substantial cost savings. The simplicity of this ATE system has enabled the company to switch from skilled RF test technicians to offshore labor for additional savings. All test data is permanently stored then transmitted via FTP to New York for analysis.[More]

Cellular Antenna Monitor / Spectrum Analyzer

Automatic test and calibration system for 12 port, AMPS band antenna monitor/spectrum analyzer. This system includes a fuzzy logic controller (implemented in software) for accurate, high speed targeting of calibration power levels. In addition, ATE was developed for internal subassemblies and a suite of "engineering tools" was created during initial product development to speed up evaluation testing of initial product design.

Switching Power Supply

Automatic test system for high speed testing of switching power supply modules. Test time was reduced from 4 hours to under 2 minutes per unit achieving profit goals and strict delivery deadlines. This system incorporates a custom designed Over Voltage Protection (OVP) test circuit and utilizes dynamic load testing to assure spec. compliance over the full operational output range.
